Silver Universe Novels

Tor is not currently continuing the Silver series, but watch for a short story collection set in the Silver universe to be available electronically late summer 2015 and Book 4 to be available hopefully in winter 2015/2016. If you’d like to receive a newsletter when new stories or books in the Silver universe become available (likely no more than twice a year), please email contact(at)rhiannonheld.com with “Newsletter: Silver universe” in the subject line.

  1. Cassandra Cisneros says:

I loved your book Silver. Can’t wait to read your next book, Tarnished. And I’m also excited to read the upcoming book, Reflected

  2. Ruth Ayres says:

I have read both Silver and Tarnished and loved them tremendously. I hadn’t heard anything about Reflected…when will it be available? Thanks for the hours of enjoyment I have received from your writing.

    • Rhiannon says:

You’re welcome! I’m very glad you enjoy the books! You’ve reminded me to update this page…REFLECTED is out in February!

  3. Nancy Pierce says:

Spotted Silver on a ‘new book’ shelf in my local library. Cover caught my eye. Checked the book out and loved. Really enjoyed your writing style and wolf hierarchy and pack struggles. As soon as I could get my hands on it, I bought Tarnished. Now that I have visited your web site I will order Reflected today. I was interested in you because Silver was your first book. I am writing a book about vampires. I am sure I won’t have your success but it does give us first timers hope.

    • Rhiannon says:

I’m so glad you enjoyed my series, thank you! Good luck with your own! Every famous author out there had their own first novel, after all.

  4. susan emans says:

I have read Silver and Tarnished multiple times, and just finished Reflected. Your world is so unique, and Silver is such an interesting character. I am a vet, and am still laughing about a kitten named Lunch or Morsel! And the insult ‘purse dog’ cracks me up every time! I am actually dog sitting 2 tiny chihuahuas this weekend, which made the insult even funnier. Thanks for the wonderful books. Will there be more?

    • Rhiannon says:

Thank you so much! Someday I hope to have a Morsel of my own. Book 4 is written (and I’m really happy with it!) and I’ve pitched 4 through 6 to my publisher. Up to them now whether they decide to continue the series.

  5. I really, really, really hope that your publisher does decide to continue the series. It’s one of the best ones that I have read. I keep checking to see if another book has come out all the time!

    • Rhiannon says:

Thank you! Unfortunately, the series has been officially dropped. Right now, my editor has the first of an entirely new series in her hands. I’m also going to publish some short stories in the Silver universe this summer electronically. If you’re interested in those, watch this blog!

  6. jeff says:

You editor is crazy there has to be another book

    • Rhiannon says:

It’s not my poor editor’s fault! 😉 She wanted another one, but the bean counters at the publisher counted their beans and said no. Interesting fact: with series, it’s often not only about hard numbers of sales, but whether those sales drop a lot from the first book to the second, and on into the series, i.e., that people are probably trying the series but not sticking with it (only getting the first book).
