The archaeologist in me finds the changes in styles over time to be neat, and the writer in me enjoys the simple meaning in some of the sayings. A perfect combination!<\/p>\n<p>(I will disclaim, however, that there are many excellent gravestone studies and websites out there, that have recorded different carvings carefully.
