I wanted to update you all on my 2025 eligible work, and my newest 2026 story is serendipitously available now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible in the Short Story category for 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beneath-ceaseless-skies.com\/stories\/bind-the-herbs-to-bring-the-shift\/\">Bind the Herbs to Bring the Shift<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Over the decades, more young people than Lyrene could count had been brought by their relatives or the leaders of their shifter bands to where her isolated manor watched the angry ocean.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New this month:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beneath-ceaseless-skies.com\/stories\/like-thorns-on-her-tongue\/\">Like Thorns on Her Tongue<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Starting out, she\u2019d been all but bursting with the need to share the spell that had helped her, as one of the ghosts in the wild hunt had asked of her after helping her learn it.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s that time of the year, when award nominations are open!
